  4. WHAT:  ANOTHER FS4 PROP.VOC ALTERNATIVE!

  6. This is a .VOC file that I created for a more realistic twin-engine sound
  7. for the Beech Baron I uploaded to FSFORUM recently.  To me, it's a lot
  8. more pleasing to the ears on long flights than the standard prop sound,
  9. and is more representative of the Baron's quiet cabin.   
  10. Known compatibility: FS4 (IBM). Sound Blaster Pro, and Mallard's AAF.

  17. Used Creative Labs editor and Win 3.1 Sound Recorder with a Sound Blaster
  18. Pro audio board and AAF.  (IBM)

  20. To use: Copy (or rename) the TWIN.VOC file to PROP.VOC in your FS4 
  21. directory.

  23. It took some trial-and-error, but resulted in a combination of prop,
  24. combustion, and vibration sounds..mellow, but representing lots of
  25. horsepower.

  27. The only problem (on my computer) is a conflict with the gear up/down .voc
  28. files I have.  Since I'm not an audio expert, I don't know a solution right
  29. now...anyone ???  To get around it I simply created blank gear files to
  30. use until the problem is solved.
